We accept major credit cards through our secure payment gateway (Midtrans), as well as bank transfers for larger commissions. For custom orders, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin production.

We exclusively use sustainably sourced Indonesian Teak (Tectona grandis). We source from certified plantations and occasionally use reclaimed teak from historic structures, which offers a unique character and history.

Teak is naturally durable due to its high oil content. For indoor pieces, we recommend dusting with a soft cloth and occasionally using a high-quality furniture wax. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

Yes, our handcrafted clay pots are fired at high temperatures, making them durable for both indoor and outdoor environments. However, in climates with extreme freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend bringing them indoors during winter.
